Established in 2018, American Valuation & Real Estate Services, Inc. is a full service Real Estate Appraisal Company, specializing in Commercial Real Estate. Founded by Company President Vito Scalesi, the main focus of American Valuation & Real Estate Services is to provide a variety of professional, unbiased and high quality Commercial Real Estate Valuation products.  Our services include Commercial Appraisal Reports, Commercial Appraisal Reviews and Property Inspections of commercial properties throughout all of New York State, with our primary focus on Long Island, New York City, New Jersey and the surrounding Metropolitan areas.

Vito Scalesi has been a New York State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser since 2005 and has been Appraising Commercial Real Estate in New York State for over twenty years. With Licenses in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, American Valuation & Real Estate Services, Inc. has the experience and competency to appraise all types of Commercial Real Estate including multifamily apartment buildings, retail shopping centers, office buildings, mixed-use properties, industrial properties, vacant land, commercial condominiums and proposed and/or future commercial developments. As a Bank Reviewer for over twelve years, Vito Scalesi has the expertise and competency to analyze and review Commercial Appraisal Reports covering a wide array of properties throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
